Easy Molten Chocolate Cake with Pancake Mix and Chocolate
This is a quick and foolproof recipe.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt the butter and preheat the oven to 180℃.
* Step 2
Combine the ◎ ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk (this is instead of sifting ☆). Next, add the ○ ingredients and mix with a whisk.
* Step 3
Add the melted butter and mix with the whisk until glossy.
* Step 4
Line the muffin cups with paper cups and fill with half of the batter. Top with chocolate pieces (1 or 2 per cup).
* Step 5
Top with the remaining batter and bake at 180℃ for 10 minutes.
* Step 6
If using a bento cup, use a muffin pan that won't allow the cups to spread out too wide. You can also use pudding cups.
* Step 7
If using sturdy paper muffin cups, you don't need to use a muffin or pudding pan.
* Step 8

* Step 9
By replacing the cocoa powder with milk cocoa powder, you can make the muffin on the right. The pancake mix makes it sweet, so children love it, too.
