Deep fried Italian meatballs stuffed with cheese curds
You can follow the directions and they will come out cooked but breading will be very dark. I suggest making the balls with cheese then baking first until cooked and the bread and deep fry.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat pan with vegetable oil until oil is 375 degrees or use a deep fryer
* Step 2
Take one 2 in meatball and squish until flat, then place 1 curd of cheese in center and wrap meat around until completely covered and sealed shut.
* Step 4
Dunk ball in egg and cover with egg, then remove and place in breadcrumbs, get bread crumbs around entire ball
* Step 5
Place balls in hot oil ~8 mins or internal temp is 185 degrees
* Step 6
Let cool 5 mins and enjoy! Serves well with mashed potatoes.
