Easy Sweet Summer Orange Jelly in the Microwave
At first, I thought I would make some sweet summer orange jam, but I thought that jelly would also taste good, so I made that instead.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the oranges and remove the membranes, tearing the slices into thirds.
* Step 2
Put the oranges into a heatproof dish, lightly mix in the sugar, and heat uncovered in the microwave at 600 W for 10 minutes. Mix midway through heating.
* Step 3
Add 300 ml of water to the heated oranges, add the powdered gelatin, and mix well. Once it has cooled, divide into small jars.
* Step 4
Once it is no longer warm to the touch, place in the refrigerator to chill and it's done.
