Italian Chicken Legs

I have to credit this one to Alexa. I have never tried to make chicken legs before so I asked her how. This is a good one. I paired it with my air fryer broccoli.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
2 Tbsp

Oil

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse and Pat dry chicken

* Step 2

Cut a deep slash in each leg

* Step 3

Mix oil seasoning and salt and put into a zip lock bag

* Step 4

Add chicken to the mixture

* Step 5

Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes

* Step 6

Place chicken in a foil or parchment paper lined baking dish

* Step 7

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes

* Step 8

Flip chicken and bake another 15 min or until chicken is done
