Delicious, Time-Saving, Fluffy Boiled Potatoes
Since I love potatoes, I came up with this as a side dish to serve with fish à la meunière.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the potatoes, chop them into bite-sized pieces, and put them into a pot. Cover with water, then boil them until they can be pierced easily with a skewer.
* Step 2
Shift the lid of the pot and pour out the water. Cover and agitate the pot. This will fluff them up. Sprinkle on salt and parsley, stir, then it's done.
* Step 3
Serve as a side dish with hamburgers or fish à la meunière, or serve them as a snack. They're easy but delicious. Potato lovers will go crazy over them!
