5 Minute Diced Rusks

I love rusk biscuits but it takes so much time to make so I have been researching easier methods. This snack can be made in under 10 minutes.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the bread into 16 pieces and place on a heat-proof dish. Microwave for 2 minutes at 730 W. Be careful not to burn yourself as you turn it over. Microwave for 1 minute until crispy.

Heat a frying pan and add your preferred amount of butter and sugar. Add the crispy bread and coat.

Once it has been browned to your preference, it's done.
