Steamed Pork Buns and Sweet Adzuki Bean Paste Buns in a Bread Machine
I try to make everything homemade since my daughter has allergies. My family loves pork buns, so I wanted to get the recipe just right.

* Step 1
Put the ★ ingredients in the bread machine, and start with the "dough" setting. Meanwhile, prepare the fillings.
* Step 2
Pork Bun Filling: Finely chop the onion, bamboo shoots, shiitake, add all other pork bun ingredients and mix well!

When the dough is done, divide into 10 to 12 portions.

Roll into balls, and place them on parchment paper that was cut into smaller pieces.

You should be able to make 5-6 buns with 1 can of sweet adzuki bean paste.

Let it proof for 20-30 minutes in the oven with the proofing setting.
