Meat Sauce Pasta from Canned Tomatoes
I had some canned tomatoes left over, so I made this.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil and garlic in a frying pan and stir fry the onions. Once it's golden brown, stir in the meat as well and saute.
* Step 2
Once it's cooked, add in the pepper and carrots and gently stir fry. Next, add in the tomato sauce, bay leaf, and the consomme soup stock cube.
* Step 3
Once the moisture has cooked off, add the ketchup, salt and Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for a little more, and it's done.
* Step 4
Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley and serve on a plate.
* Step 5
You can also make a delicious variation by grilling some eggplants and cheese for 17 minutes. Be sure to top with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
