Hot tamale moonshine

Ingredient

750 ml

everclear

10 cups

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix 10 cups of water, 4 pounds of hot tamales and 4 cinnamon sticks turn on high until boiling. stirring occasionally until hot tamales are mostly melted down. When not stirring keep covered.

* Step 2

Once everything is melted, turn off let cool strain any leftover bits of hot tamale out. Add 750 ML‘s of Everclear once it is cooled down which will take about 4 to 6 hours to completely cool

* Step 3

This recipe will turn out a little thicker than most moonshine mixes just because of the hot tamales. If you add too much water, it will take away the spice taste.
