Mexican rice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender, I used a nutri bullet, blend tomato, 1 garlic clove, 1 cup water and 2 billion cubes.
* Step 2
In a skillet over med heat, add some police and the rice. Brown the rice for a couple minutes and then add your mixture, plus 1.5 cups of water.
* Step 3
Bring to a boil, then turn on low and put a lid over the top. Let it simmer on low for 20 minutes.
