Chicken Enchiladas

Chicken Enchiladas

This is really only for the enchiladas, cook rice and beans according to instructions and make sure they're done when enchiladas are done

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put chicken and chicken broth in pot, cook on low/ medium heat until chicken is tender enough to pull apart and shred

* Step 2

Take chicken out, put in mixing bowl that's big enough, Shred Chicken

* Step 3

Mix in all seasonings

* Step 4

Get a large glass baking dish

* Step 5

Pre heat oven to 350 F

* Step 6

Time to Roll enchiladas

* Step 7

Put in baking dish side by side until you're out of chicken or out of room in dish

* Step 8

Pour rest on enchilada sauce over all of them, top with your cheese

* Step 9

Bake for 15 mins on middle rack

* Step 10

Mash avocados

* Step 11

Serve with dollop sour cream and mashed avocado
