Healthy Tofu Rice Flour Doughnut Holes

Once I made doughnut holes with tofu, and they were chewy and delicious. Using milk or soy milk makes doughnuts crispy on the outside, and fluffy inside. I will upload the recipe using milk as well.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Lightly whip the egg and sugar until smooth. Add the tofu and mix.

Pour in the unroasted sesame oil and mix. Add the rice flour and baking powder, and mix.

Prepare oil for deep-frying and heat to 180℃.

Scoop the batter with a spoon, shaping it into a ball, and drop into the oil. You can drop the doughnut balls into the oil easily if you dip the spoon in water before you scoop the batter each time.
