Banana Pound Cake for Those Allergic to Eggs

My youngest child is allergic to eggs. I wanted to make a cake which everyone in my family could enjoy, so I came up with this!

Ingredient

100 grams

Cake flour

30 grams

Vegetable oil

70 grams

Sugar

1 pinch

Salt

50 ml

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

* Step 2

Mash the banana in the bowl, then mix in the oil, sugar and salt.

* Step 3

Mix the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the banana.

* Step 4

Stir in the milk, then bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180℃.
