Egg-free Fluffy Pancakes

I didn't have any ready-made pancake mix on hand or bread to serve for breakfast, but these were perfect. My 2 year old gobbled them up!

Ingredient

Soy milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Weigh the dry ingredients. Use a whisk to combine.

Stir in the soy milk.

Pour the batter onto the nonstick frying pan or electric griddle. If you use a very thin layer of oil, they will brown nicely.
