Avocado and Shrimp Salad

Avocado and Shrimp Salad

If you don't have small shrimp, you can use regular shrimp!! Recipe by mimosa9729

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
50 grams

Small shrimp

1 dash

Salt

1 dash

Pepper

3 tbsp

Mayonnaise

2 tbsp

Sake

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed, then cut into 1 cm chunks. Sprinkle half of the lemon juice on top.

* Step 2

Sprinkle the sake onto the small shrimp, dry fry in a pan, heat through, then let cool.

* Step 3

Add the avocado from Step 1 to the shrimp from Step 2, then add salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix lightly. Finally, add the mayonnaise, mix, and it's done!!

* Step 4

It goes well with Tomato and Anchovy Pasta..

I always use this mayonnaise. It's so creamy, it's hard to believe that it's just mayonnaise.
