Indo-Thai mixed veg

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dice carrots and potatoes into small cubes, chop onions large. Medium cube paneer.
* Step 2
Put all veggies in a large bowl (not paneer). Add lots of olive oil (enough to coat all veggies at least 7-8 tbsp. Add 10 tbsp of red or green thai curry paste. Toss it well. When it is mixed add paneer and toss/mix it well. Make sure all veggies are coated with the paste.
* Step 3
Place butter along with veggies on aluminum foil. Wrap it up in aluminum foil as shown in image.
* Step 4
Heat the wrapped up ball of aluminum foil on a pan for 15-20 mins. Flip the aluminum ball to other side and heat for 15-10 mins more.
