Crispy Shallot • fried sliced shallot on low heat until crispy as shown
* Step 2
Chayote or Choko leaves + spring onion + red onion + shrimp meat + mince pork + celery leaves
* Step 3
Mix Thai Chili Salad Dressing • and Blanch shrimp meat + mince pork and Chayote leaves as shown
* Step 4
Mix shrimp meat + mince pork with Thai chili Salad Dressing • Add chayote leaves + red onion + spring onion + celery leaves and on top with crispy shallot • Done..!!🌶😋😋
