Red cabbage salad - A Thai salad

This is very tasty and crunchy peanut salad for health and diet conscious.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

35 minutes
2 tablespoons

sesame oil

2 tablespoons

peanut butter

1 tablespoon

soya sauce

1 teaspoon

vinegar

2 teaspoons

honey

1 pinch

black pepper

1 teaspoon

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place peanut butter in a bowl and add sesame oil, soya sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, black pepper, chilli flakes,salt & lemon juice. Stir well to prepare the salad dressing.

* Step 2

Place in a bowl shredded red cabbage, Carrot, green peas, spring onion, cooked barn millet (or quinoa), coriander and mix thoroughly

* Step 3

Add salad dressing and mix well.

* Step 4

Sprinkle crushed salted peanuts, some cut spring onion on top and serve the salad.
