Blend all ingredients below together until get texute as shown

Fried on medium low heat and add turmeric powder • fried until get aroma and oil separated as shown

Boil fish meat + finger root + kaffir lime leaves until soft approximately 10 mins and blend all together

Return paste to pat we cooked fish • add coconut milk simmer on low heat approximately 10-15 mins • add water and seasoning palm sugar + fish sauce and simmer more approximately 10 mins • Done 😋 serve with rice noodle and boiled eggs
