New Potato Mustard Salad
We love the taste of new potatoes, boil’m, fry’m, roast’m, or mash’m. But, they gotta be peeled! #GlobalApron 2924

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel (or not) potatoes, rinse off, add to boiler, cover with water. Cook until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 2
Peel hard boiled eggs, dice’m up.
* Step 3
Once potatoes are tender, drain water and discard. Add to serving bowl. Stir in boiled eggs, mustard, and relish. Enjoy!
