Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil eggs for 10 mins + add slat for help peel easier โ€ขthen remove and put in water and peel โ€ข Pound garlic + pepper + coriander root

* Step 2

Fry garlic + pepper + coriander root until get aroma โ€ข add Palm sugar fry on low heat until get darker color โ€ข add Pork belly fry until half way cook โ€ข add water and cook on medium heat โ€ข seasoning with fish sauce + salt +oyster sauce โ€ข simmer for 15 mins on low heat โ€ข add boiled eggs and tofu then cover simmer for 10 mins on low heat โ€ข Done !!๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
