Pork&Red Wine Casserole slow Cooker

The original recipe used Beef but I used pork instead and it turned out delicious 😋

Ingredient

Cooking time :

500 g

cube pork

1 tablespoon

olive oil

200 ml

red wine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in the frying pan over medium heat. Brown onion and pork then add into slow cooker.

Top up with sliced carrots and celery.

* Step 3

Mix the sachet with red wine(I used clear skin Shiraz from ALDI,smells amazing 🍷)

* Step 4

Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW. Serve with Mashed Potato, Pasta or Rice, Enjoy
