Mike's Huevos a la Mexicana

10 minutes fast to an easy, spicy delicious Mexican breakfast for two! Great work kiddos!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Gather all of your items for a a quicker breakfast. Chop your vegetables and herbs. Add everything to eggs. Whisk your egg mixture together well.

Melt your butter in pan then add your egg mixture. Cook four about 3 minutes. Be sure not to stir or overcook. You'll want your eggs moist and chunky.

Add eggs to a warm plate and serve everything together.
