I do dig my, "Mike's Clean Out The Crispers & Pantry Day!" This is what my 6 year old culinary students came up with on their own today. Sweet, spicy and oh so delicious! Great work kiddos! She's a great side dish!

Sweet Del Monte Corn
1 Cube
Sweet & Salted Butter
1/4 Cup
Fresh Chives [fine chopped]
1/2 Cup
Fresh Cilantro [fine chopped]
1/2 Cup
Fresh Parsley [fine chopped]
1/4 tsp
Ground Cumin [optional]
1/2 tsp
Cracked Sea Salt
1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fine chop all of your vegetables and add your seasonings.
* Step 2
Saute with corn for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Easy peasy! Enjoy!
