# GlobalApron 24 Week 19, ingredient chosen pork sausage. Simple, quick lunch or dinner. I used Sweet Italian sausage but you can use what you like.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook sausages in skillet until browned and juices flowing
* Step 2
Add onions, garlic and peppers to skillet cook uncovered until veggies are soft. Drain juices.
* Step 3
Add veggies and sausage to bun and serve
