Ingredient

3-4 heaping spoonfuls

mayonnaise

1 heaping spoonful

Dijon mustard

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice drained tofu thinly. Place in a bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Serve on a roll, baguette or pita with sliced cheese, sprouts, sliced tomatoes and other sandwich toppers as you prefer.
