Beef Tips and Gravy

Crowd pleaser great over rice, egg noodles, and mashed potatoes!.. Many variations so great one for weeknight dinners simmers all together in one pot!

Ingredient

4 teaspoons

minced garlic

2 tablespoons

butter

2 cups

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add 1 cup of flour then meat then add other cup in the ziplock bag and shake

Add oil garlic onions butter to a frying pan I use cast iron over med high heat

Then add few tips at at time don't add to many we are just browning each one than setting inside a big pot to cook the tips and gravy in.. Add little butter and more water if gravy thickening to much and loosen bottom with fork...(butter helps make gravy but tablespoons at time and add more water as u seem fit) this is the start to the gravy

Continue flipping and adding meat and water as thickens this will be your gravy at end

Keep going will start to look like this that's fine means gravy is forming

Once all meat is cooked and transferred to the pot were going to cook in where gonna stir frying pan up good with fork to mix and thicken add beef broth cubes, water to completely sum merge and season and stir to completely mix together turn heat to a med high

Once starts to boil (you should stir bottom with fork until boils)..Turn down to low simmer for about an hour - 1 1/2 covered stirring occasionally with fork paying attention to the bottom of pot so nothing sticks... Also I find the fork helps tear down meat makes for a better ending once your meat is tender with a fork your done
