Lemon Pepper Chicken
Just went back to working full time and still having to cook at the end of the day is hard. This recipe is quick and little clean up! Hubby took the leftovers for lunch the next day and said they it was even better the next day! Hope you enjoy as much as my family did :)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix Flour and Lemon pepper seasoning in a shallow bowl
* Step 2
Moisten chicken lightly with water
* Step 3
Coat evenly with the seasoned flour
* Step 4
Melt butter in a large non stick skillet on medium heat
* Step 5
Cook each side of chicken until golden brown and no longer pink inside.
