My Sweet Belly Pork & Veg Roast
This Way thick sliced Potatoes on the bottom of roasting dish sprinkled with Olive oil then Carrots thick sliced also onion add a little salt and pepper and sprinkle chilli salt and pepper mix. The 1 tsp Italian herbs with the slices of Belly Pork placed on top with dashes of Balsamic Glaze on Belly Pork the flavours melt right through to the potatoes and carrots I cooked this last week and the family asked for it again . 😋

70-80 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add oil to the pan then add the halved potatoes in the bottom of the roasting dish then on top the carrots then sliced onion.
* Step 2
Next add italian seasoning, salt n pepper then sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Then a little sprinkle of the hot chilli, salt seasoning
* Step 4
Place the belly pork in a row on top then add some more olive oil sprinkled on each.
* Step 5
Then add the Balsamic Glaze over each slice of Belly Pork.
* Step 6
Add the lid and place in the middle of the oven pre-heat to 180°C gas 6-7 cook with lid for 45 minutes. Remove the lid then cook for the rest of the time.
* Step 7
Turn up to 190°C for the last 5 -10 minutes then bring out cool for 3-5 minutes then serve and 😉 enjoy.
