My Roast Pork Loin

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the length of the pork into 6 thick slices
* Step 2
Add on parchment paper in a shallow oven dish add salt and pepper then cover with tin foil
* Step 3
Add to pre-heated oven 190°C. Cook for 25 - 30 minutes. Take cover off and cook for a further 5-7 minutes
* Step 4
Serve with the Peppercorn Sauce, veg, chips, potatoes.
