Water

Olive Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the Onions and garlic with oil. After soft, put it in a processor with 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.

* Step 2

In a pot add Mix from the processor, another 1 cup of water, turmeric and Quinoa.

* Step 3

Cook and cover for 20 min.
