Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the chicken in half lengthways.

* Step 2

Add the salt and pepper seasoning to the frying pan with a tbls olive oil. Heat up then dip the chicken in on both sides and fry each side for 2 minutes on high.

* Step 3

Next turn heat down to medium and cook the chicken turning over often for 5 - 10 minutes. Until cooked

* Step 4

Add the mayonaise to the top bun then the onion chopped then the green leaves.

When the chicken is cooked add to the bottom bun and then add the top bun with lettuce.
