My Avocado, 2 Cheese & Everything Salad πŸ˜‰

I really enjoyed making this so refreshing after all the clearing out I had to do hiring a skip to clear out my Shed. Husbands tools that were no good and stuff I didn't know he kept , What a hoarder!! haha My family all came to help I made the salad to go with Ham, pork and some lovely wholemeal Bread #Sidesalad#Lunch#Salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice all the ingredients that need dicing.

* Step 2

Add the Spinach to the bottom of the serving dish Chopped

* Step 3

Mix all the diced ingredients so it's all combined. Add on top of the Spinach sprinkle Lose Corn. Also the Mozzarella cheese

At the top add the relish in blobs and the mascarpone +tomato pesto just a few blobs here and there. Add the eggs quartered on top.

Then add the Grated egg white on top cover and chill serve chilled.
