These were so juicy and the peri peri helped to give such a lovely taste not a hot peri peri just medium.#Mainmeal#Chicken

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut thr chicken right through and using 4 tbls cover the chicken 1 tbls on each.leave to marinade for 2 hours add salt.

Before putting them in the preheated oven 180Β°C..cover with 4 more tbls marinade.

* Step 3

Add to the oven after 10 minutes take out and pour off the excess water from the chicken breasts. Baste again with Rainbow pepper and add back to the oven for 15 more minutes.

Serve with Chips and add the chicken to a bed of Spinach.
