My Italian inspired Mushroom, Veg + Ginocci Pasta
This is so nice for Lunch light and full of flavour. #pasta
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add the olive oil to the frying pan heat up and add the red onions and mushrooms.add the Italian herbs and and Garlic granules mix in and add salt n pepper. Fry for 1 minute.
* Step 3
Add all the veg then add the tomatoes, Balsamic vinegar and fry for 3 minutes. Add to a bowl and mix in the Ginocci. Add to a serving dish. Grate the cheese on top.
* Step 4
Add the grated cheese. It's s hard cheese but really lovely. Sprinkle a little fresh parsley on top or dried.
