Mediterranean Tofu Couscous

Ingredient

pearl couscous

1 package

Moroccan tofu

2 handfuls

grape tomatoes

1/3 cup

onion

1/3 cup

corn

1/2 cup

broccoli

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 425

* Step 2

Chop up all veggies and mix together with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and bay seasoning

* Step 3

Cook for 25-30 min while tossing 1-2 times

* Step 4

Cook tofu and couscous according to packaging

* Step 5

Mix all together
