My Mild Chorizo with sun dried tomatoes and Peppers

This was lovely. The olive oil in the jar of sun-dried tomatoes helps to make the pasta shells tasty. The Spinach helps to make this dish colourful and so tasty.#Lunch#Sidedish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the butter to a frying pan and melt it then add the onions,garlic,black,Sun-dried tomatoes cut in half, pepper,sweet peppers chopped and then the chorizo, Spinach.

Cook for 5 -10 minutes.
