My Garlic Chicken, Chorizo and Mushroom in a Brandy Cream Sauce
I sat thinking of recipes and i thought i would try this one, as it was in my head. And Wow !!! Its late where i am so it will have to keep for our meal tomorrow 😀💟#Chicken+Chorizo

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heatup the oil in a large frying pan.
* Step 3
Add the shallots and fry for 1 minute then add the crushed garlic for another minute.
* Step 4
Add the mushrooms and mix well cook for 2 minutes. You may need to add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil.
* Step 5
Add the chorizo to the pan and mix cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 6
Add the chicken pieces and mix well and cook for two minutes. If using uncooked chicken fry for about 8-10 minutes.
* Step 7
Make a well in the middle, turn the heat full for a few seconds and pour the brandy in the middle. Let it boil fast for 2 mins then mix it all together.
* Step 8
Then add the stock and stir and simmer for 5 mins.
* Step 9
It should thicken, add the cream and stir in well. Add the salt & pepper until its hot again. Add to a serving dish and serve immediately.
