Ricotta pancakes

Another one of my grandmothers recipes from the day. Made for breakfast this morning. Hubby n I both really enjoyed them. :flipping

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

30 mins
4 tsp

sugar

4 tbsp

canola oil

1/2 cup

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Lightly beat eggs and egg whites

* Step 2

Stir in flour, oil, and ricotta

* Step 3

Stir until just blended

* Step 4

cook on griddle for 2 minutes, flip over, cook another 2 minutes, until golden on both sides

* Step 5

serve with fresh fruit

* Step 6

enjoy

* Step 7

Makes approx 10 to 12 pancakes. Will serve 3 to 4
