It's easier than you might think.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine dashi, tofu, and vegetables in a pot and bring to just below simmering. I recommend a mixture of dashi 1 and 2 if available.

* Step 2

When tofu is warm and vegetables are cooked to desired doneness, add miso to taste.
