Egg Yolk

1/2 cup

Light Beer

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift flour.

* Step 2

Add shortening and mix to a crumb.

* Step 3

Add egg, egg yolk, and 1/4 cup cold beer. Mix, adding beer in small amounts until a firm dough is formed.

* Step 4

Knead until smooth.

* Step 5

Wrap tightly and chill for 30 minutes.
