* Step 1
Pan fry the salmon, skin down till its skin is Crispy then add the onion and the leftover rice, then break the egg and coat the rice evenly, spread the tomato riccatto pesto evenly too
* Step 2
Season with salt, Let it baked then turn over the rice and baked it till its piping hot and crackling, garnish top with dried parsley, dried chili flake and Japanese chili, and sesame seeds too then top with 1 tbsp butter, mix well then enjoy dinner
* Step 3
Enjoy with some steamed Bak Choy with little oil and cover lid, after 2 minutes season with 1 tbsp light soy sauce, off heat and enjoy
