Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all ingredients on to the chicken, then marinated it for 1 hour in a zip lock bag

* Step 2

Layer ginger slice and spring onion into the rice cooker then place the marinated chicken and it’s sauce then (TOSHIBA RICE COOKER.PRESS THE BAKING MODE, baked it at 35 minutes (Total 1 hour as the heating of the rice cooker is 1/2 hour)...baste its juice over the cooked chicken
