Broccoli With XO Sauce

Quick And Easy In 5 Minutes

Ingredient

broccoli

1 tbsp

xo Sauce

1 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

With salted boiling water, quick blanch the broccoli about 2 minutes then drain

* Step 2

With oil sauté the onion for 1. 1/2 minute then add in the xo sauce (without its oil) and light soy sauce and pinch of sugar sizzling for 20 second only mix well then off heat

Pour the ready xo sauce on the broccoli and enjoy
