EASY Clean eating mexican bowl

I like to make my meals for lunch on Sundays to have during the work week nothing like clean eating while at work 😀

Ingredient

Cooking time :

5 mins
1 envelope

Taco seasoning

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Brown ground turkey,onions and peppers in pan until turkey is cooked thru

* Step 2

Boil brown rice until cooked thru

* Step 3

Once meat mixture is cooked, add taco seasoning

* Step 4

Pour black beans in small saucepan and cook for 5mins until heated through

* Step 5

Now just layer in bowls for the week and top with your favorite topping like salsa, green onions & cheese or sour cream
