Pulled Pork in Smoker
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
* Step 2
Place pork in large pot and add 1/4 cup of rub to apple cider, poor to cover roast then cover and refrigerate for 12 hours
* Step 3
Prepare smoker to 250 degrees and add wood chips.
* Step 4
Poor brine into water tray with chopped onion
* Step 5
Smoke for about 12 hours until about 190 degrees
* Step 6
Let cool for 30 minutes then shred with forks
