Banapple Gluten/Dairy Free Pancakes
Following an intolerance to both gluten and dairy I've had to remaster some of my most loved recipes. I've been making these pancakes for as long as I can remember and always had people asking for more! Such a delicious and healthy alternative to pancakes!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the four, egg, water, oil and mashed ripe banana into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
* Step 2
Chop the Apple finely and then stir into the mixture.
* Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a pan and then take a spoon and pour the batter into the pan, depending on the size of the pancakes you want to make.
* Step 4
Flip the pancakes once golden brown underneith.
* Step 5
Cook for another 40 seconds or so until the other side is golden brown too.
* Step 6
Serve immediately with chopped banana and a splash of maple syrup. Enjoy!
