Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

* Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.Add the cold butter to the dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to incorporate the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

* Step 3

Make a quite thick dough and shape them

* Step 4

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the scones are golden brown on top.Allow the scones to cool on a wire rack. Serve with clotted cream, jam, or enjoy them plain with a cup of tea.
