Bok Choy Stir-fry

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and ginger over medium-high heat until fragrant
* Step 2
Add the bok choy and stir-fry until crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper, take off heat
* Step 3
Drizzle the soy sauce over the bok choy and toss together to mix. Serve and enjoy 😊
