Moist Chocolate Muffins

Moist Chocolate Muffins

Lacking on the photos but I realized I was behind on the #GoldenApron23 challenge by a week. So here goes my recipe. I swear I'll share a photo soon

Ingredient

Food ration :

yields 10 large or 12 medium muffins

Cooking time :

12 - 15 minutes
1 1/2 c

AP flour

1/2 cup

castor sugar

1 1/2 tsp

baking powder

1/4 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line muffin pan with muffin cups and set aside

* Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients to fluff them up

* Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients except for the coffee

* Step 4

Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture just until combined. Finally, stir in the coffee

* Step 5

Fill muffin cups until a bit over a third full. Bake for 12 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
